Why AI‑native beats bolted‑on
Most CRMs added a text generator and called it AI. Acorn was built the other way round. Every one of its ninety‑five or so staff capabilities, from drafting a letter to publishing a listing, is also a tool its agents can hold, under the same permissions and on the same audit trail. Three agents ship with the demo. The enquiry handler works its queue every ten minutes; the compliance chaser sweeps hourly; the arrears agent clocks on at eight each morning. Long after the branch has shut up shop, each one is still working the same queue your staff would, and the flight recorder takes down every run step by step: reasoning, tools, outcomes.

When an agent wants to send, serve or charge, it stops here first. You read the exact email or text before it goes anywhere, add a note for the audit trail if you want one on file, and approve or decline. Approving runs the action once, as you. Decline and it never runs; either way the decision is audited.
Listings that cannot go out illegal
The EPC and the statutory record travel with every property, instruction to listing. When a rating sits below the legal minimum for letting, Acorn blocks the publish until it is put right; no unlawful listing reaches a portal with your name on it.

Valuation to instruction, offer to exchange to completion. When a buyer pulls out, the sale stays on the board with its history, and relaying an offer to the vendor is never skippable, exactly as the law expects of an agent.

A landlord who is also selling. An applicant who becomes a tenant. Acorn keeps one record with stamped roles, so nobody is filed twice and nothing falls between two copies of the same person.
From gas smell to closed work order
Tenants report anything from a dripping tap to a gas smell, the board triages it, contractors quote, and the work order sees the job through to the end. Emergencies jump the queue, and a job only closes once the record says who did what.
