Why Acorn exists

Estate agency software has spent a decade bolting AI on: a button that writes a paragraph, a panel that summarises an email, and every consequential job still on a human’s desk. We built Acorn the other way round. The system’s ~95 capabilities, the same ones staff click, are also the tools its agents hold, so the AI can qualify an enquiry, chase a certificate or draft an arrears letter end to end, and stop for a human stamp before anything risky happens.

The rest of Acorn is a working agency book for England, Wales and Scotland: sales and lettings in one system, tenancies periodic by default under the Renters’ Rights Act, deposit clocks counted in days, and listings that cannot be published below the legal EPC minimum.
